Through hard work, the agency helped hundreds of companies to solve staffing problems, and candidates to find a stable place of employment.
Goal
The recruitment agency collected data on candidates manually, storing all information in multiple MS Excel files. Because of this approach, employees were forgetting to re-review candidates and their resumes were duplicated. There was also no shared access between employees to the files.
Result
We integrated a CRM that allowed employees to share files and set up call notifications to candidates. Resume files were stored in a single file format, resulting in a clear structure that makes each manager’s job easier. This allowed to increase the efficiency of work and bring it to a new level.
